I have been learning the bagpipes since March 21st, 2013. Next week, on June 14th I will be going to bagpipe summer school in Carlsbad, California. I am really looking forward to it! The countdown to Friday BEGINS!
Camp is a week. From Friday the 14th, until Friday, June 21st. So far, I have learned Scots Wha Hae and am starting off with Amazing Grace!!! Super excited.
I'm working on those gracenotes and songs and getting ready!

After the Cleanse
I lost 4.4 pounds on the cleanse this week and have lost 6.3 pounds overall this week. I am super excited about my progress this week. I plan to eat right for the rest of the week until m y next cleanse. the goal is to get down to 150 or below. I know I can do it and I am determined to do so. I ate a chicken breast for lunch and pinto beans from El Pollo Loco! What a great lunch!!!! I feel perfectly full and satisfied. i will have my shake later this evening!

Day ONE of my cleanse
I am so disappointed in myself. Had my cleanse today and did well up until this evening when I ate a bowl of cereal. I am only cheating myself. :(

Slippin' and Slidin'
Well, unfortunately since my last post, I completely fell off the bandwagon and started eating like crazy and just completely losing track of my weight. So, as of today I am very unhappy to report that I am back at 172 pounds. All that hard work from last year was in vein. As I am right back to where I started. This won't do! As of yesterday, I started off again with Isagenix and with my fitbit tracker to keep track of my activity. My goal is to lose this 20 pounds in ONE MONTH! That's alot of weight to lose in a month and I am not sure I can do it, but I am going to try! I will be taking measurements tomorrow morning before I start the cleanses again! I will be doing a cleanse two days per week for the next three weeks at least and then we will go from there! I have bagpipe summer school on june 14th and by then, I would like to be under 160!!! Let's make this happen!!!!! I am going to do some mild exercise during this weight loss as last time, I did not work out at all. I will keep you posted!

Fitbit One and Me
It has been a little while since I have last blogged. I am still doing Isagenix mainly just for maintenance of the weight loss from last year. I gained about four pounds over the holidays and I am currently at 157. So, I am getting back on track and I signed back up for 24 Hour Fitness and I have purchased a fun fitness tracker called Fitbit ONE. I have synced up my fitbit one account with myfitnesspal.com and everyday I log my food on myfitnesspal.com and it syncs right up with fitbit.com!
So, I am ready to stick with Isagenix and my workout routine and lose more weight. Dare I say my new goal weight is 145? I may not be able to achieve that since I will be gaining more muscle.... but, I am going to aim for that amount now.
It's more about how I look and feel and fit into my clothes than an actual number anyway!
